Appointment Policy

Chesapeake Veterinary Mobile Services INC, a mobile only practice, provides in-home veterinary care for dogs and cats.

For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people. This is one of the reasons we may ask you to confine your pet. We will make these recommendations prior to our visit during your initial phone consultation.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. We provide estimates upon request. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and personal checks.

Arrival Policy

We expect to arrive or contact your home during the hour of our scheduled appointment. We allow this window to account for traffic and the behavior or nature of the previous patient, especially if they are nervous. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
